How it works ?

«X» a regular user of a charging station that plugs his car every day to recharge it but he sometimes forgets disconnect and release the terminal once charging is complete. «X» download the Smile & Charge app.
It obtains an anatomized ID and prints a QR code label staff to stick it to its charging cable.

«Y» un utilisateur d’un véhicule électrique à recharger une fois arrivé au même point de charge qui reste occupé par «X» qu’il ne connait pas.
